[resolved] Bdis2012 "some Installation Files Are Corrupt. Please Download A Fresh Copy And Retry The

I just bought BDIS 2012 yesterday and I'm having problems installing it.

First, when I choose the product a window would appear it says "Some installation files are corrupt. Please download a fresh copy and retry the installation"(See Image1.jpg) and when you click OK another windows would appear it says "CRC failed blah blah.... End of Archive".

Second, the License Agreement would appear together with another window on it saying that the WSUtils.dll is missing from my computer(see Image2.jpg).

Third, the product key doesn't work when I tried to register it.

I also downloaded the setup kit from BD website and still same problems.

Hope you guys can help me on this. )

In the current case, please download and run the uninstall tool from here:

http://www.bitdefender.com/uninstall

Right click on it and choose Run as administrator. When prompted, please restart.

Use the offline kit from here:
