Emails Disappearing

I work at home and on the web. I have my email client (Outlook) open and am checking emails pretty much constantly. I often notice an email come into the Inbox and then just disappear. I check to see if it went into the Junk E-Mail folder but it's not there. This happens about twice a day. What is happening? I've never experienced this before using BitDefender. Where are they going? Some of these may be important.

    Fist off all, let me clear some things: Bitdefender does not delete email messages. When a spam message is detected, it is tagged with [sPAM} in the subject. When an infected message is detected, the email is moved to Spam folder.


    Also, I can see that you are using Microsoft Office 2003. Bitdefender Antispam toolbar from Bitdefender 2012 is only compatible with Microsoft Office 2007/2010.


    In this case, please check the settings in your email client or reset them to default.
