Dell 1525 Brand New Taking Dumps Every Day?
Let me start by saying I am in no way computer savvy.
Ok, so I bought a Dell 1525 to take with me to grad school here in Sweden (another problem since i don't know where to get it fixed so i have to try myself).
It's only a couple months old. Last week, it started taking dumps on a daily basis and restarting with a message saying "computer has recovered from an unexpected shutdown". What does this mean? How can I stop this problem from getting worse? I have Bitdefender anti-virus software and plus whatever protection came with Vista.
Trust me, I regret buying a Dell, but I needed one for business because we can't have Macs. Why won't this p.o.s. work flawlessly like a new computer that was all upgraded and expensive should??
