Not Possible To Recover Deletet Files? No Quarantine First?

Hi,

i´m a new user of Bitdender. So i´m shocked 2 files were recognized as infected and were deleted instantly without a chance to recover or to find it in quarantine folder? So what the quarantine folder is for?

I can´t believe that a prog. decided godlike what it is to do with infected files? there is no Option to change to handling with infected files? Is the there a chance to recover these two files? There is nothing in Quarantine folder. Are they send (this option is activated) to bitdefender and they will send back to me?

I hope i din´t make a mistake to decide for the Bitdefender.

Please browse this location:

C:\ProgramData\Bitdefender\Desktop\Events

And send me via PM the file history.xml

I will analyze to which files were deleted.

If the product deleted some files because they were malware, there is no option to recover them. Only suspicious files are sent to quarantine.
