Therefore, please follow the steps below in order to install Bitdefender 2012:
Make sure you meet the recommended system requirements:
Operating system: Microsoft Windows XP SP3 (32 bit), Vista (SP2), Microsoft Windows 7 (SP1)
CPU: Intel CORE Duo (1.66 GHz) or equivalent processor
Memory (RAM):
1 GB (Microsoft Windows XP)
1.5 GB (Microsoft Windows Vista and Microsoft Windows 7)
Available free hard disk space: 2.8 GB free space (at least 800 MB on system drive)
1. Use our uninstall tool in order to uninstall/delete any previous Bitdefender related files:
www.bitdefender.com/uninstall
Access the link and when the window with the BitDefender file appears, please choose the "Save" option. Save the tool on the PC and run it (click the 'Uninstall' button). Please allow 5-10 minutes for the message 'Uninstall process finished sucessfully, please reboot your computer' to appear, then restart your computer.
2. Download the latest installation kit for Bitdefender 2012. Please note that you need to download (save) the installation kit prior to running it.

The key does not function
233 MB to download is absolute nonsense
because to it the next comes download
The whole is stupefying and fraud
Bitdefender Germany pushes its problem away on other countries

First off all, we have invalidated that key because it was public on the forums and it was illegally used by several users.
Please send us an email to bitsy [at] bitdefender.com with proof of purchase, the link to the campaign or the ticket ID and we will send you a new license key with the same characteristics as old one.
This is just a temporary security measure. Thank you in advance for understanding.
