Retrieve Removed Files

i have antivirus plus, 2012. a few files were deleted that i need. how do i retrieve them? also, it said it solved 23 infected files but doesn't show what they were. is there a full list somewhere of what was done?

    Those files were deleted during a Full System scan or by the Real Time Protection?


    I need to know this so I can tell you which logs you need to post here.
