Not Allowing A Prior Installed Utility Software
I installed a bitdefender AV 2012 full. immdtly after that a utility software stopped working. That is required to coonect to a server with username and password. When I try to login.. after some time a msg is returned as " Server not responding <IP addr of the Server>.
After too many stunts by me and the tech team of the said Software, it did'nt worked. Ultimately I uninstalled BD 2012 and checked..It worked.
Later after a chat session with BD tech team, I installed a 64 bit version of BD..But to my surprise ,that too did'nt worked.. I don't Know what next..!!
