Problems With Reinstallation

I have been advised by my local computer shop to uninstall the Bitdefender Internet Security 2012 and reinstall it as I have had alot of trouble with my laptop freezing and turning itself off ever since it was installed.

These problems have vanished since removal. My system is a Vista Basic. I am now having trouble reinstalling it. Please advise how I should go about doing this.

Hi, Have managed to reinstall. There has been no change to my system. Everything runs extremely slowly and freezes constantly.

Please advise what I should do. Cannot even contact l Bitdefender via your support page as it is so slow it will not process that request.
