There should be option to remotely connect to the Technical Support from the Bitdefender main interface.

That is not a bad idea, but in some cases that module can be run, for example in Safe Mode with Networking.
In some cases, we need to manually reboot the PC in that mode in order to finish or to start the troubleshoot procedure.

The suggested feature should also be available in Rescue Mode.
