Ok I am trying out BitDefender. What I would like to know is this; does your subscription fee get you the latest versions of the software? With my current AV product, every time they improve it I get the full update, if they bring a new version out I get that too. So for example if I run it for the next 3 years, I would always be running the version that is available for purchase at that time. Some only give you virus definition updates but you could be stuck with the old engine. So if i decide to buy Bitdefender and tehy bring out a 2009 version will that be included in my updates or will I always have 2008?
