No, you don't need it separately 'cos internet security includes it.

Chaos is right, it is a part of your suite, it is even in the AV+
The settings for it are the ones you make in Privacy Control in the main console, or on the drop down tab at the top of web pages. Bitdefender was kind enough to offer this solution free (Traffic Light) to those who have other AV solutions that do not have the added security of an Antiphishing, Search Advisor option.
