Online Scaner Update

I'm loving this free online scaner thing bit defender has going on. I'm using internet explorer 7 (only for this scan, doesn't work with opera) and I get to the scan directly from bitdefender homepage (not through google or some 3rd party). The problem is, before it stars scanning, I always get "update failed" when scaner tries to update definitions.

What am I to do? thanks

Try this go to the tools menu in Internet Explorer,click on uninstall BitDefender Online Scanner v8. Close Internet Explorer.Install the BitDefender online components once again and see if your problem still exists.
