Bitdefender Avc Hv

In my device manager in Windows 7 I have 2 listings for the Bitdefender AVC HV. One is working properly and the other has the yellow triangle on it which appears to mean it isn't working properly or it doesn't exist. How many of these are their supposed to be and what should I do if anything about them?
