    OK. Fresh install on 7/30 and I'm having the same problems with Blank Screen Itunes Store. It Seems like Bitdefender 2013 should be well beyond this because my Build number is 16.18.0.1406. Why is it the problem is still occuring after Build 1406?? Disappointing this problem hasn't been resolved in the new build version I just installed...


    Appreciate any help you can provide.

  • I've read through this thread on issues with itunes, and have re-installed the latest version of BDTS 2013, but still can't access the itunes store, updates, cloud, etc. I recently did a clean re-install of Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit) to get rid of ilivid pop-ups that weren't going away. All the updates have been applied through windows update, my BD is Build 16.22.0.1534. I am not super computer literate, so in any replies please don't assume that I know how to print out logs, change the registry, etc. Any help would be appreciated. I'm trying to write my masters thesis, and a bit of music goes a long way to helping the work flow smoothly :rolleyes:

    Sorry, new to this forum thing.


    Was able to fix the problem with the itunes connection. It was an itunes issue, not a BD issue.


    Using "netsh winsock reset" did it for my computer.
