I have got a problem whit Spyware Terminator

I have installed "Spyware terminator " and Bd client professional 8, after that Bd is not more able to update and can't memorize the option (like exclude from scan same folder, etc.). I have de-installed "Spyware terminator" but the problem is not solved.

Someone have solution for this problem ?

Hi Giov,

Try to uninstall and reinstall BitDefender.

If Spyware Terminator changed something in your system which caused BD not to work anymore, then you have to completely uninstall BD (using the Uninstall Tool) and reinstall it to make the changes needed for BD to work correctly.

unfortunely i had try to de-install bitdef whit the tools you just said and reinstall it but the problem is not solved.

I think that there are still remaints of spyware terminator on your pc.

Try the following:

Download regcleaner : http://www.worldstart.com/weekly-download/.../regcleaner.exe

Install it and look to any references that have spyware terminator in the name. If so check these items and press on remove selected items.

Download also ccleaner : http://www.filehippo.com/download/53921335...97394/download/

Don't forget to uncheck yahoo toolbar during installation. Use the cleanup and problem function. Repair every problem that is found.

Dowload also microsoft uninstaller cleanup: http://download.microsoft.com/download/e/9...1bd/msicuu2.exe

Take also a look to any remaints that have spyware terminator in the name. If so select them and press on remove.

Reboot your pc.

See if it now works.

Take also a look at your services. You can do that by going to start,run,at the run dialog box type services.msc press enter and look after services that have spyware terminator in the name. If they are there doubleclick on them and choose by startuptype for disabled and stop the service(s).

That was gladly done.
