No Product Key

Hi, I have just bought a new laptop and would like to use bitdefender on it, i transferred everything from my old laptop to the new one, including bitdefender internet security 2012. My problem is I dont have a product key. I was given a year membership from my bank and if it had a key i no longer have it. Is it possible to get another one? I still have 334 days left

    If the user used the same email address to register on the forums, then we search that email address in the My Bitdefender database and we provide the requested information.
