[escalated] Laptop Mode Pop-up On Power Plugged-in

Whenever I plugged-in the Laptop power, a pop-up appear showing that the "Laptop Mode is enabled", while the Laptop is on charging. Kindly see the attachment.

    Yes you right, I forgot to mention that the said issue occur in random and not every time.

    But the above said Build is by-passed to 16.0.18.
