How To Obtain A Free Upgrade From Bd2012 To Bd2013?

Hi;

Can anyone please tell me how to go about getting the free upgrade from BD 2012 to 2013 as mentioned in a previous post? I have BD 2012 AntiVirus Plus, and after the latest update run today I see in the “About” page that I have build 15.0.39.1639.

I am about to buy the new product but trial version is giving me this issue already.

Actually that is not an issue.

After a malware cleanup, the routine will automatically set that page to about blank for security reasons. Since it is not ethical to set that page to bitdefender.com or google.com/yahoo.com, it will be blank.

Please follow the steps explained in the article below and send me via PM the generated log file:

and send me a PM with the download link.

My exact thoughts regarding blank page. But I guess it makes sense to not set it for bitdefender.com homepage.
