[resolved] Reinstallation/upgrade Of Bitdefender

Hi,

I have two PC's running BitDefender Internet Security. One of the PC's, running BitDefender 2011, got itself into a bit of a mess, what with trojans popping up all over the place, and became unusable. I have reformatted the disk, and installed Windows 7 (upgrade from Vista), and have downloaded a copy of BitDefender 2013. As I have over 200 days left on my BitDefender license, how can I get a license key for activating my new downloaded version of BitDefender? I understand there is a free upgrade to 2013 for existing users, so I would think I am entitled to a license key.

Hi kfpm, and welcome

If you can find the product registration email that was sent to you from your 2011 purchase (or from the box/install disc), you can use the same license key to activate your 2013 version.

You could also find that license key from your Bitdefender account, mybitdefender.com/log in/click your email account tab/ and click products.
