1) What is the difference between the Support Tool from the option on the main interface “Help & support > Contact Support” and the one from the http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/de...SupportTool.exe ?


2) What if I enable or disable the Network Connection when I want to run the tool?

    Hello :)


    The Standalone Support Tool http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/de...SupportTool.exe was create especially for the forums. In this way, the user can upload the logs on an external resource and send me or post the download link in the topic.


    The one integrated in the product creates a ticket in the system. Without an internet connection, the tool can not create that ticket and over the phone or here on the forums, the user will receive instructions to use the standalone one.

    Ok, But there is no Ticket ID indication upon completion. Only it shows that the Ticket is created and the archive has been submitted to the Bitdefender Servers and the Technical Support will contact you.
