[won't Implement] Logging Of Product Instability Itself

Bitdefender has no option to log its crash , failed to open logs events, BD services are not responding, AVC driver not installed properly in Device Manager events etc. I want to say Bitdefender can't log the events related to the product instability itself such as not responding issues, malfunctioning of the services, services are loading, BD drivers (Firewall, AVC etc) not installed properly e.g Firewall service failed to communicate, missing modules, etc. The Events monitoring service should be run separately.

    What do you think our support tool is collecting from the system? :P


    We have logs created for each component and these are useful in troubleshoot process. The information is not visible in the main interface because an average user can't interpret the data.


    All the critical events are listed in the main interface to warn the user if something is not right.


    So, have no worries, everything is covered.
