Bitdefender Internet Security 2013 Problems (rescue Mode, Slowed Browsing)

Using Bitdefender Internet Security 2013 (Build 16.16.0.1349) on Win 7 x64 system and I have a couple of questions:

1) I've noticed that my web browsing speed has slowed down after installing BD. Is there a way to speed things up again (ie making changes in settings)?

2) When trying to boot in "Rescue Mode" in order to do a scan.....after selecting Bitdefender at Windows loading screen, I get a "File Not Found" message on the next screen. What is this all about and how do I fix it?

3) Is there a way to PERMANENTLY *disable" the Anti-Phishing feature in BD without getting the red "B" icon in the icon tray???

4) what are the best/recommended BD settings for overall system performance and optimization?

Hello

A product update was released. Your build should be 16.18.0.1406(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).

In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
