Services Not Responding, Computer Frozen
IMHO BD on W7 64 bits is a PITA.
Third time in a week, computer frozen, had to do a hard shut down.
On reboot, I am trying to use to use Bitdefender Support tool, it says:
Gathering information
Executing tools
BUT there is no progress in progress bar!
It creates a folder (Bitdefender Support Tool) on desktop, but never finishes! (it's sitting there since 15 minutes)

A further info: this happens if I use Bitdefender Support Tool from control panel --> Help and Support
I am now running Standalone Support Tool as Admin , and it's progressing, so it might be some problem with admin rights.
