    Hello :)

    Welcome back!

In Auto Pilot mode, the product will take the best decisions for all encountered situation(when a malware is discovered, when a program asks to connect to the internet, etc).

In User Mode, in some situations, the user will receive some pop-ups for some actions like reboot to clean an infection, reboot to install a product update, etc.

We are working to improve the second one to involve the user in more actions and make it more interactive.

I have received several request about this here http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=36069 and http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=35580 and forwarded them to our developers.

    Take care.

OK thanks. Only reason I asked was because , for me, User Mode is very quiet. There is not much interaction with the product. It is almost like running in Autopilot.

    Hello :)

You didn't have any major events on that PC.

An example was posted here by a user:

I'll keep you up to date with those topics that I mentioned earlier.

    Have a great day!

    Hello :)

On limited accounts, some settings can not be accessed for security reasons. Please contact the administration and he will make the desired settings for you.

i think im good now did a system restore after that last failure and used iobit uninstaller to fully remove mse which apparently left alot behind and then went into services to disable windows defender so ill see what happens, although now im having trouble activating mybitdefender how long does it usually take to get the activation link?

    Hello :)

Did you tried to manually enter your credentials in the product?
