From: Trojan.sirefef.ga And Trojan.sirefef.hk
My computer has been infected with Trojan.sirefef.ga and Trojan.Sirefef.hk and I downloaded the ZeroAccess Sirefef.gen removal tool provided by BitDefender but the patch was unable to locate the viruses and I continue to get repeated notifications from my BitDefender 2012 antivirus. Please advise what I can do to remove the virus.

I have been waiting over 48 hours for Bitdefender support to come up with a solution. They said they would have a solution in 24-48 hour, but then I got an automated after 24 hour saying that I should hear from then in 48 hours. Well they are already late; it’s over 48 hours after my first contact. Though it could be interrupted as the automated response was adding another 24 hours to their estimate (that would be a dirty trick).
Both of my computers are infected even though they are not networked. I sent bitdefender scan logs on both of my computers. I sent the first scan log over 48 hours ago, yet still no solution.
I also tried BDRemovalToolLauncher_sirefef and it did not find or clean anything on either of my computers.
