Bitdefender Crashes My Computer

Anytime I leave my computer overnight, when I return the control icon is replaced with a ghost that says services not responding and I have to power down manually by holding the off switch down till it shuts down, then reboot.

This has been happening regularly since I installed BD2013 a week or so ago. Previously I used ESET and this never happened.

What do you need from me to help resolve this problem? Thanks for your time.

BTW I have hibernate disabled, but I have the power scheme set to turn off the monitors after 1 hour. It didn't make any difference, I'm just saying...

Please run the uninstall tool for the previous antivirus that you had installed. You can find it in this list:

Then, run the uninstall tool for Bitdefender 2013:

and reinstall the new product
