Hp Officejet Pro 8500 A910
BitDefender 2013 is not allowing me to scan on this device.
Printing works.
OS: Windows 7 (64 bit)
I changed the adapter settings to:
Network type to Home/Office;
Stealth mode to Off;
Generic to Yes;
and rebooted thr PC.
This hasn´t solved the scan problem.
Any advice how to resolve this appreciated.
PS: after deinstalling BitDefender 2013, all printer functions are easily available.

A product update was released. Your build should be 16.18.0.1406(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).
In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
