Bitdefender Is 2103 Repeatedly Crashes Firefox 14

New to Bitdefender, have bought and installed IS 2013, and it crashes Firefox repeatedly.


I've spent hours on troubleshooting, reinstalling Firefox and creating new profiles, running in protected mode and adding back features one at a time, and the only time it crashes is when Bitdefender is running.


I'm really, really unhappy with this. It seems to be a known issue (though not known to me before I paid my money). Is there some sort of comment on the matter from the company? A fix on its way? Commiserations with its paying customers? Anything?
