Hi. I'm getting the following error window popping up at intermittent intervals. It appears to be a part of Bit defender.. I have Ver. 10 build 247.

Here is the error: [vsserv.exe - Application Error The Instruction at"0x7c911e58" referenced memory at "0x99dead99" The memory could not be "read". Click on the OK to terminate the program.]

Does anyone know how to get rid of this problem.---Thanks---

Please try to make a repair of your current instalation of BitDefender. If the problem persists, you may try either a clean reinstall (don't forget to uninstall BD using the special removal tool, found on www.bitdefender.com). If the problem doesn't go away, you can upgrade your version of BitDefender to the new BitDefender 11. The upgrades can be done as follows:

    BitDefender Antivirus 10 - BitDefender Antivirus 2008

BitDegender 10 Plus and BitDefender Internet Security 10 - BitDefender InterntSecurity 2008

You can make these upgrades without purchasing a new license, you may use your current license (v. 10) to make a free upgrade to BitDefender Antivirus 2008.
