Mixed Installations
I have the 3PC license, of which I am currently using on 1 desktop and 1 laptop, both of which have 32bit versions of windows & BDTS2013. We are considering buying a second desktop but OS is now 64bit standard. Does my licence cover 2 X 32 bit and 1 x 64 bit?

The license covers 3 PCs, not matter the configuration or the operating system(I am referring in your case just to Windows because you don't have Bitdefender Sphere).
