Hello,


Since installing Bitdefender Total Security 2013, I keep getting bluescreens.


I have not changed anything on my system since the installation of BD TS 2013 - no updates, no nothing.


They seem to happen completely at random too.


Prior to BD TS 2013 I was running BD TS 2012 without any issues.


I uploaded the dump files windows creates - any help would be greatly apreciated.

    What version of Google Chrome do you have installed? One of the BSOD is caused by it and one from a driver integrated in the system.

    Chrome is version 21.0.1180.60 m (it says it's up to date)

    A product update was released. Your build should be 16.18.0.1406(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).


    In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
