2013 Will Not Completely Uninstall

Hello, I've now tried this 3-4 times and getting very frustrated. I have the uninstall tool working and it stops just over the half-way point. I have all green checkmarks except for one red x which is Executing Additional Tools. I have now been waiting for it to move for a good 20 minutes or more and it just sits there doing nothing.
Get this program out of my computer please!
