Mine is exactly the same all my stuff has gone again and I had to do a full install re-install last time to fix it.


I'm 23 days into my evaluation and I've uninstalled/re-installed more times than I have with my other internet security in a three year subscription. I don't think I'm going to hand over the money until it's demonstrated to me that this is a stable program. When it works it seems to do what it has to do but the wheels have been falling off far too often.


I think BD needs to lengthen peoples evaluation until they get these bugs sorted...


Exactly, Soo many bugs that BD can't even solved. I would not recommend to anyone. There so many problems that i've encountered with than any other vendors.
