I already suggested for the 2013 product, but again I suggested for 2013 also.
There should be the indication/links of below under the new Module “Service and Support” in the Main Interface

2) Real-time Virus Reporting
3) Virus Encyclopedia
4) HotforSecurity
5) Bitdefender Help (In Compiled htlm format)
6) User Guide (in PDF format)
7) Remote Connection Option (suggested in the topic)
8) Supporttool Wizard
9) Contact Us
10) Bitdefender Suppor Center (for Knowledge Based Articles etc)
11) Bitdefender Premium Services
