Bd 2013 Blocking Internet Connectivity Through Wifi

Hi,


I have been using BD 2011/2012 since August 2011 on two laptops (both using Vista 32 bit) without any problem. However, after I upgraded to BD 2013 in end-July, I have been facing a strange problem.


From time to time, my IE browser does not open any webpage at all when I am connected through wifi. I thought this may be a problem with IE, but the same thing happens with other browsers like Firefox and Safari. However, when I use the LAN connection on the same router modem, there is normal connectivity. I have checked my wifi, but other instruments like Ipod (or the other laptop) are connected without difficulty at the same time. I have tried to PING, and that works normally on the affected laptop.


I have tried rebooting, but it does not resolve the problem. On the other hand, sometimes the problem just disappears (like now!). Worse, when I try to 'diagonize and repair', I get a Blue Screen and the laptop reboots. If I uninstall BD 2013, the problem disappears. I have reset "netsh winsock" and "netsh int ip" but without success either.


Has anybody faced a similar problem, or have a suggestion / solution to the problem?

    Thank you very much for the prompt response. I have put the above settings in both my laptops, and they are both currently connecting to the internet through wifi. I will let you know in a couple of days if the problem has disappeared.
