My Bitdefender Doesn't Update


I have software Bitdefender Total Security 2009. When doing the first update, the process stops at this point:

File: bdcore.dll 100%

Total update: 95%

Waiting 30 minutes - and on the same.

I have Windows XP, BitDefender was installed today.

    Thank you for the offer, but ...

    I downloaded Bitdefender Uninstall Tool utility, ran and pressed the "Uninstall". For some positions appeared X, but I've been waiting on.

    Then started the same thing again and again, until finally (I know I should not) is a utility turned off.

    I tried to run in the "Start" menu "BitDefender 2009", "Repair or Remove" and jumped out error.

    So I reset the computer, and there is something strange happened - Windows would not Start!

    (The idea is that they still showed "Loading ...")

    Resets again - a black screen. I had to reinstall the system.

    This computer will no longer benefit from Bitdefender (Sorry, but too much work), in fact it was just a trial,

    and on the other computer I have BitDefender.

    Hello :)

    The issue with Windows occurred because you manually reset the PC corrupting some important files from the operating system.

    The uninstall tool can also be used in Safe Mode for emergency situations.
