Installation Problems

Hi,

I had bought the bitdefender 2012 yesterday...and the following proceses were over

1) scanning

2) download application

the install option did not work..after sometime it said the installation could not be completed...

i used the windows installer option also which came with the CD

and during the process...it says bdts.cab source file not found

please help..

i use windows home basic...64 bit
