Bitdefender Customer Service Problems - Part 2

Just went in to my "Save File" and counted six open "Technical Support Trouble Tickets" that date back to seven days relative to BitDefender Internet Security 2013. They promise a response within 48 hours. However, not a single one has been responded to. I am still unable to complete a "full system scan" since BitDefender 2013 locks up my PC when I do I full scan or BitDefender shuts down. According to the BitDefender scan before it locks up, my PC is filled with malware which BitDefender "ignores" and tells me my system is at risk and to "Contact Customer Support." That's nice. The problem is that you never hear back fromCustomer Support. It's funny but with BitDefender 2012 I never had a problem. All of a sudden I renew my product license with 2013 and I find my PC is hosed up. Who knew? I see that this is really a great product with world class customer support... I thought I saw somewhere on this forum where they were trying to give it away free. All I want is the product that I paid for to work as advertised but apparently that is asking too much. I hate to be a jerk but is it asking too much for them to support their product? I have also attached the scanlogs, etc.
