I was not sure if I wanted to renew or not. But then on 8/11/2012 Avangate took $49.95 w/o authorization from my PayPal account to renew Bitdefender (???) Now, today, there is an email from Bitdefender informing me that my Bitdefender has expired and that I can renew for half price, $20.00! .............. But Avangate already took $49.95?

Do I have Bitdefender? Am I going to get a refund of $20.00?
