ok I had to make this lame account because the find a pass word would not work with my email address even though BD emails me all the time..
now.. I am running windows XP and on my laptop your program hangs my computer tray on boot... I remove your program my computer works fine...
I get a lame excuse from tech support that trend is on my computer.. it is not.. but in an obscure folder trend is there because i use it on another computer at work but I down loaded it here...
now I have uninstalled your program so many times I cannot count.. followed the instructions from tech.. and here i am again.
your program takes up more time then I am getting to work.. if I remove your program my laptop boot_s up fine.
OK now I have up graded to 2013... it worked fine for a week... now I am back to the same problem... and also it does not update .... i get a 2000 and a 2007 error.. and sometimes when I try to submit info I get my key is invalid.. but the program sure knows when I expire and have to buy a new key....
and now tech wants me to start taking screen shots of this and that and errors... and wtf guys. how many times am I going to jump through the hoops to be left hanging...
you collect the data off my computer.. i tell you what is wrong and now... they also ask me for an IP address??? so does that mean I can only update from one IP address? or is that going to be the next lame excuse that I will get from TECH support?
