Not Working
Hi,
I'm new to this forum. I renewed my license key to have BD Anti-Virus 2013. I know how to install it and did so, but all of a sudden it quit working. The icon in the Task Bar is Grey and it keeps saying that BD Services is not available, please restart my computer and try again. Well.......I did that and it just keeps telling me to restart my computer. I work online, it's how I make my living so it concerns me that my computer is not protected. " />
I downloaded the BD Support Tool and followed all instructions for submitting the problem. No one has got back to me yet and it's been approx. 1 week. I have made sales for BD and always back it up when telling people about a good Anti-Virus but this is rediculous. I'm losing money because I am not able to be doing the work I need to do. I can't even find my support ticket!! This is driving me nuts , someone please help me!

Sorry to hear about the issue with Bitdefender. Let's try the simple route first, and that is to try a repair following this link http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=35489
If that doesn't work you may need to try the full "offline" download version, uninstalling Bitdefender with the 2013 uninstall tool, then installing the full offline
version. (uninstall tool is at the bottom of the page) http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=35494. Do not update at the time of the install when it asks, and wait untill after it installs, then check for the update on Update panel.
