Bsod On Complete System Scan

Hi,

Whenever I start a full system scan, a blue screen of death appears after a while. I don't know if it happens while scanning a particular file, but it does it every time. I've never been able to do a full system scan, even after a whole disc format. I'm running this on windows Vista 32-bit.

I already read somewhere that dump files can be useful so;
