[implemented] Security Widget
Options
When you hover over the icons on the new Security Widget it would be nice to have a tool tip pop up and say what they're for, i.e., "Network Activity", "Scanning", "Processing Update" etc.

Hi Will,
Here is what I get when I hover over the Widget panels. You have to put your cursor right on the icon, for them to pop up. Sometimes it can be a little finicky, in that you may have to click on a black area just off the icon first, to get it to activate.
