Time is relative and the Anti-Theft location service is great, but could we get a time zone or set a preferred timezone on the location date/time?

I would suggest that the local date/time be used from the observation including the timezone and any daylight savings time applied to it.

So if I want to locate my cellphone in Dallas, TX it would show 8/28/12 13:21 CDT
