Can we get the Date and Time of the observation, say in applications used, SMS messages sent/received and the timezone?

If I see http://www.hookersoncrack.com on my son's browser activity, I'd like to know what time of day this was? Also include the timezone information from the system, i.e., CDT, CST, EST etc.
