Full Scan Results - Failed Items

Failed items listed after a full scan:

Carried out a full scan. Stated results were no No infected items, your computer is virus free. However, also listed was failed items 1000. I cannot find any reference to this in either the user guide or Bitdefender's web site! For either an explanation or more importantly what to do next?

They all seem to refer back to C:\Program files\Common files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender Threat Scanner\

then as an example: Antivirus_10041\Plugins\emalware.247 with lots and lots of files emalware.******, etc

Why is Bitdefender scanning its own folder and listing its contents?

Is this something I should be worried about?
