Safepay

I have issues with SafePay and can someone tell me how to disable it.

It has stopped me completing transactions on several occasions and it is costing me money.

I have more than a year left on my subscription but, if I can't resolve this, I'll be changing to another antivirus which lets me control what I do on my computer.

You Cannot Disable It But Can Stop It From Opening Net-banking Sites.

Just Open Safepay On Right hand side top corner there is settings sign shown click on that it will open safepay settings then just select do not use safepay option it will not open any net-banking sites.

A product update was released. Your build should be 16.23.0.1637(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).

In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
