Blocking All Traffic Except...

I have been searching the internet trying to find a way to do this but have found no solution, therefore thought I would register on here as obviously this is the place to come if you need help with bitdefender, anyway...
My problem is that I have a 3G dongle which I want to use for ONE application only, basically I connected earlier and the application I am trying to use uses around 18mb of data an hour, however after 20mins my dongle had used 120mb out of its 1gb monthly limit... this is insane data usage for what i am trying to do, i have stopped windows update and bitdefender now asks to update but I would like a way to:
- create a firewall rule that will Block EVERYTHING from using my dongles internet except for the application I want (1 .exe)
- this firewall rule obviously needs to be connection based so it only happens when the connection is through my dongle.

You can do the following:
1) Apply these settings for the dongle, but remember to set "Untrusted" for Network type : http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=35496
2) After that create an exception for the application you want to be allowed, as explained here: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=36066
Also, a product update was recently released. Your build should be 16.27.0.1763 (please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).
In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
