Long First Scan And Only One Simultaneous Scan
I have purchased the 3-PC Antivirus Plus 2013. Install went fine on my Windows 7, 64-bit machine. I am using waterfox browser - 64-bit version of firefox.
When I started my first full scan, after a short while an unspecified error was reported, and the top line in MyBitdefender reported an unspecified issue - I hit the green 'Fix' button, and it was fixed - the scan continued seamlessly throughout all this. An automatic product update subsequently completed successfully, whilst the scan continued.
This first full scan has been running for about 17 hours now, and still not finished - do virus scans really take this long, or is there a problem?
I did find an unanswered query on this theme, here:

I also successfully installed anti-virus plus 2013 on a WinXP machine - but in MyBitdefender as displayed on that machine (in firefox), it is not offering the scan or product registration or update options for the WinXP machine - but does for the Win 7 PC - is bidefender only able to scan one PC simultaneously, or does it again point to a problem?
Thanks in anticipation
Alan

Hello
A product update was released. Your build should be 16.23.0.1637(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).
In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
