Action Center Message
I'm using Bitdefender Internet Security 2013. There's always a delay in the Windows 7 (x64) Action Center flag appearing in the System Tray and mostly everything is fine when it does. Sometimes though, the flag shows the warning icon. The reason being given in the Action Center is that Bitdefender is not running. I can see that it is OK by opening Task Manager (bdagaent.exe is present), so it looks like it's only that Bitdefender and the Action Center aren't communicating with each other. A reboot cures the problem but it does happen again at random times.
The Windows installation is a fairly new one installed from my own installation disk, so no other realtime security measure is on it, or has been on it. Other programs starting up with the computer are Sandboxie and Skype (if that makes an difference).

A product update was released. Your build should be 16.22.0.1534(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).
In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
